- A Security/Damage Deposit is required. It is separate from the rental fee.

- Hauling away of trash that has been placed in our trash cans.
- 2-hour access the day before wedding (Between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.) for decorating and for practicing of the ceremony.
- 10 hour rental the day of wedding.
- Part of the rental fee is required to be paid upfront. It is used as the Date Reservation Retainer Fee, to Save-the-Date securely on our calendar.
